Domain stuck – cannot add after 72 hours

Hello,

My domain fonds-tpe-pme.fr is new and was never used before.
I changed the nameservers more than 72 hours ago and propagation is complete.
But I still get the error:

“This could be due to already adding the domain to this or another account…”

I previously created the subdomain fonds-tpe-pme.rf.gd, so maybe the domain root is stuck in the backend.
Can you please reset / release the domain so I can add it?

The domain does not appear to be in use as far as I can tell.

That error message looks like a control panel error. I think it says more than what you’ve shared here, and this part might be a bit misleading.

Could you perhaps try to add the domain to the client area instead? The process is a bit more streamlined there with better feedback.

If that doesn’t work, could you please share a screenshot of the error page?
