Domain not connecting - more than 72 hours

Website URL

Error Message

Hello,

I’m trying to connect my domain onlinehubs.world to my InfinityFree hosting account (if0_39622254). I have followed all the instructions, but after more than 72 hours, the domain is still not active.

Here are the details of the steps I have taken:

  • Nameservers: I have set the following nameservers in my GoDaddy domain:

    • ns1.infinityfree.com

    • ns2.infinityfree.com

  • Validation:

    • I tried to validate through nameservers, but it was unsuccessful.

    • I have also tried to add the CNAME record in the InfinityFree control panel, but the issue persists.

Please help me resolve this problem. I am looking forward to your response.

Thank you!

Does this looks like

to you?

When adding domains they are not interchangable

I checked your domain name:

Your domain name is currently pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com. Those nameservers are almost identical, EXCEPT for the purpose of domain name verification. If your account username starts with if0_, it MUST be set to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com instead.

Please take a close look at the Desired Nameservers next time and make sure that those are actually setup, not something else.

i already set to, but still cannot connet. my domain provider is spaceship.com

  • ns1.infinityfree.com

  • ns2.infinityfree.com

  1. What is your domain name so we can check?
  2. Did you wait for a few hours after changing the nameservers to account for DNS caching? Because it can take a few hours for the nameserver changes to be accepted.
  3. Please don’t hijack someone else’s topic.

It really doesn’t matter where the domain name is registered, as long as you are able to make the required DNS changes to your domain.

Hello Admin, My apologies for the previous confusion. My domain is onlinehubs.world, and it is registered with GoDaddy. The nameservers have been updated and are pointing to InfinityFree’s nameservers. However, the nameserver validation is still failing on my account, even after waiting for more than 72 hours. Could you please check this from your end? Thank you for your help.

The nameservers seem correct. Did you try to add the domain to your account now?

Or are you just staring at the domain without doing anything?

also according to this online checker thing it seems that dns still hasn’t propagated to most country’s

The propagation checkers may be a bit unreliable for this purpose. It’s good for testing DNS records, but not nameservers.

I checked it, and I don’t see any issues like that.

Can you please show where it says that your nameservers are not accepted? Can you share a screenshot of the error message?
