Domain mapping

Hi, I added annamparabrahma.com as an addon domain.
I created /annamparabrahma.com/htdocs/index.html
But I’m getting a 403 Forbidden error.
Permissions are correct and SSL is active. Can you please check the domain mapping?

it looks like the domain annamparabrahma.com is not even registered. How did you add it or get that error in the first place? Either you gave us the wrong domain or you haven’t registered it yet.

I checked your account, and the domain name appears to be annamparabramha.com, not annamparabrahma.com.

Because the domain contains “bramha”, not “brahma”, the same goes for the directory name the domain is linked to. It appears you renamed the directory from “bramha” to “brahma” too, which is why the server can’t find it anymore, and that’s why you get the 403 error.
