Did you have it added to a different free hosting account? If yes then please remove it from there first.

Did you delete the domain or the account? If you just deleted the account, the domain is still connected to it. Go back and re-activate the old account if you still can and remove the domain from the control panel. Then re-delete the account and add the domain to your new account.
