ok, I tried to add the domain back to infinityfree and it says it is already in use. I just tested my domain on tinkerhost and then put it back here again it gave an error
because I don’t know what it says exactly, i’m confusing and where do I do it? lol.
Exactly what that admin told you. You have to remove your domain from your account at TinkerHost before suspending your account there. But they’re also correct that anything you can’t do on TinkerHost also can’t be done on InfinityFree and vice versa.

Well, it turns out I was distracted and deleted the account where the domain was, unfortunately, damn.
Please follow the instructions and add the NS or TXT record, that’s the only way you can get control of your domain back since you deleted your entire client area account.
Alternatively, you can leave the free hosting ecosystem and find a paid host, as there (their?) system will be different, you won’t have this issue
