I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._ Your account is suspended for abuse (since 4 November), and suspensions aren’t handled on the forum. The suspension page you quoted says that to find out why it was suspended, get it reactivated, or request a backup, you need to submit a support ticket. Your database is part of that backup. I couldn’t find anything that gives access to it any other way. So it’s worth submitting the ticket soon, and asking for the database backup in it.
