I want to start a Printer Monitoring service but i need to know if InfinityFree Supports PHP SNMP

I don’t think SNMP is supported as PHP library on free hosting.

I was assuming that but worth the try 
I would guess the SNMP service runs on a custom port. In addition to the module not being enabled, access to custom ports is also blocked on most web hosting services, including ours.
It’s common with monitoring systems like this to monitor the devices over the internal network only. SNMP doesn’t have any security by default, so exposing all the printer statistics to the whole wide world is probably a great way to get your devices hacked.
