DNS propagation shows no records and the domain cannot be verified.

Could you please check and attach the DNS zone manually?
You can verify (and maybe fix) these things yourself like so:
In the Domains list in the client area, you can see all domains assigned to all accounts. Is your domain not in that list? Then that explains the problem you’re having, and you should add your domain to your account to setup the configuration in our systems.
If the domain is in the list, click the Manage button next to it. On that page should be card labeled “DNS Status”. That card will show the current nameservers of your domain, and the IP address your domain resolves to. If that shows everything OK, then your domain should be setup correctly DNS wise.
