Hello,

My subdomain hady.free.nf is not working. I created it more than 12 hours ago.

  • My account is active.
  • The subdomain is visible in my cPanel Subdomains list.
  • I am getting the error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN on all devices and networks.
  • The global DNS checkers show that the CNAME record is not found anywhere.

Can you please check if there is an issue with the DNS record creation for my account?

Working here, DNS propagation takes up to 72 hours. Try different device/network

As you can see in the client area, it can take up to 72 hours for new domain names to start working everywhere.

If 72 hours haven’t passed yet, just have patience. Especially if it’s less than 24 hours ago, it’s very likely that your website doesn’t work yet for many people.

So please just have patience. 99.99% of the time it’s just DNS caching, and it will resolve itself automatically. No need to worry at this point.

That’s because your domain name doesn’t have a CNAME record. You should look for an A record instead.
