DNS "Research Refusal"

Hello, Good morning. I am making the DNS change on the registro.com.br site. However, when I go to point the DNS ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com, when saving changes the following error appears “Research Refusal”. I have already contacted the domain company (psicoterapiasistemica.com.br) and they claim that the error is not with them, they advised me to contact infityfree to solve the problem.
