Yes, Discord access is blocked on the free hosting platform due to excessive abuse however, you can access it if you upgrade to premium.

This. Access to the Discord API (and many other chat platform APIs) is blocked because of rampant abuse for spam bots. So I’m sorry to say that you either have to remove the Discord login system, or move the site to premium hosting instead.

Unless things have changed, then yes. Premium hosting doesn’t have the security system, so API access like Discord should work fine.
