i am creating a website with discord authentication to give admin permissions, logging in through discord works (as if you were a normal user) but does not give administration permissions, it works on my local host and was wondering if there was anything i would have to tweak etc to get it to work
That sounds to me like it’s a permissions issue within the authentication/authorization system of your website. I don’t see how different hosting could influence that. Please make sure that all code in your local environment and on your hosting account is identical.
