May I clarify with you if everyone can read our conversation on forum via Social Media? If yes, is it caused any Security Issues relating to our websites and hosting? Since every user is required to create an account before asking whose questions that means conversation to be shared here, right?

This forum is public, so any support questions asked here can be viewed by anyone.
As long as you don’t share any sensitive data, like passwords, there isn’t really any risk to security. But you have to keep in mind yourself that the forum is public and that you don’t share any information that’s confidential.
If there are any security problems with our hosting, we fix them as quickly as possible. Our security model doesn’t hinge on keeping known vulnerabilities a secret.
I’m not sure what “Social Media” you’re referring to. The forum is hosted by us, using our own user database, and you don’t need to sign up with Facebook or Google to use it. Posts here can be found through search engines and be viewed by anyone, but they are not published on social media like Facebook, at least not by us.
