@HaydenANG Maybe he mean about WP theme.
Some WP themes (such as Punte) provide demo contents.
@muhittin I think it isn’t because of outgoing connection blacklist, but because of max_execution_time or max_input_time from server PHP settings.
In this server, those are set to only 20-30 seconds.
For a theme that has many demo contents to be downloaded, those settings won’t be enough.
The ideal value is 900 seconds, but you can’t change those, except you upgrade to premium hosting.
