Deleted WordPress Site Folder: elevatecxs.com/htdocs

Hello infinityFree Support Team,

Issue:

I accidentally deleted the WordPress folders inside my site’s root directory (wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes, and other core files) for my website. The directory is now missing, and my website is offline.

Backup:

I have a partial backup of the site, but I would like to know if there’s a server-side backup that can restore the htdocs folder fully to the state before deletion.

Time of deletion: February 9, 2026

Approximately 3:33 PM

Request:

Could you please check if the folder can be restored from your server backups? This is urgent as my main website is offline, and I need to recover it as soon as possible.

InfinityFree does not hold any backups for free hosting unfortunately.

If the folder was deleted, then it’s gone.
