Deleted an SQL Database

I accidentally deleted an SQL database which had my website on it, what can I do?
Is it gone forever?

I had no backups so is it just impossible to retrieve, as I do not want to waste anyone’s time

I have a tab open with like the old dashboard on Wordpress before the deletion, but every time I click on anything it instantly just says

Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at sql205.byetcluster.com. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

Yes, if you delete a database, it’s deleted. There is no way to recover a deleted database, I’m afraid.

Well, I guess I have to start from the beginning
