My account was recently suspended and they said it was not reopened. Then I moved to another hosting company that uses ifastnet infrastructure. And because you did not delete my domain from the suspended account I can’t add the domain
Your domain cannot be deleted immediately. You may request for “deletion”, but it takes some time.

Yes, that’s exactly the point.
This is also what you were told in the ticket: your account got way too much traffic for free hosting, so it cannot be hosted on free hosting anymore.
That means we will not reactivate your InfinityFree account, you will not be able to host the domain on a different InfinityFree account, and you will not be able to host it with other free hosting providers using the same platform.
You can consider iFastNet’s premium hosting, which is better suited for handling high traffic, or host it somewhere else entirely. You just can’t host it on our free hosting anymore.
