Delete Profile

If you want to remove all your personal details from InfinityFree, you can delete them through this form. This will remove your data from our systems and anonymize your forum profile.

Note that it can take up to 30 days for all data to be fully removed.

You cannot delete your profile because you still have hosting accounts.

Please wait until all your hosting accounts are fully deleted (not deactivated or suspended) before you can delete your profile.

I request that my account be completely deleted from this site.

Please read the error message:

If you requested deletion of all your hosting account, it generally takes less then half and hour for them to be deleted.

Once the hosting accounts are deleted, you can delete your IF account

Actually no, you can only request deactivation and it takes 30-60 days to be fully deleted, while it’s probably true with client area profiles (but I cannot guarantee).

Take note that this deletion procedure is enforced by law and cannot be sped up upon request.

One of your accounts is suspended for abuse. That’s the main reason we don’t allow immediate deletion of client area profiles: we don’t want to wipe all your data so you can just sign up again and restore your website. Also in case we can get any legal requests about your website.

Feel free to put a reminder in your calendar for 60 days after the last account was suspended/deactivated so you can delete your profile. But we cannot delete all traces of your data right now, as it would make it impossible for us to fight abuse on our platform.
