Dear Infinityfree system admin and modirators.
Please delete all the accounts if0\_41060229 and if0\_43082491 to release my domain. I accidentally delete all the files and try to recover but unfortunately all accounts has been suspended. Please help me with this matter.

These three accounts are suspended for abuse, rather than deactivated, so they cannot be deleted on request. Suspended accounts are automatically deleted after 20–60 days, and early deletion requests are not accepted.
If you believe the suspensions were a mistake, open each account in the client area and click **Submit Support Ticket** to request a review. Each suspended account needs its own ticket.

To add to @Meishin’s reply: this is deliberate. When we suspend an account for abuse, we do so because the account is abusive. We are suspending the account because we want to stop the abuse from happening.
So giving you the option to immediately delete the account and restore the website on the same domain on a new account defeats the whole point of the suspension.
So, roughly, there are two outcomes:
- Your account is actually abusive. If so, it will not be reactivated, it will not be deleted and the domains will not be released. We don’t want to host that website.
- The suspension was incorrect. If so, we can reactivate the account after a staff review.
If you believe the suspension is incorrect, you need to request a staff review. You can do that through the members area using the ticket system you’ve already found. But then you do actually need to ask them to review the account, because a deletion request will always be rejected.
