I am unable to connect to the database.It was connected few days ago.
After putting login details on my website nothing is happening.
There’s no error message appearing.
What’s the error message you see if you try to connect to the database?

There are a lot of things that could cause a form to not work, many of them completely unrelated to the database.

Your website seems to have an SSL certificate installed, but I get mixed content warnings when I visit it; if it’s broken when you visit it via HTTPS, this article may help:
