No, they very clearly are not. I don’t know what makes you believe otherwise.

If you check the database name in your wp-config.php, and check the list of databases in the client area or control panel, you’ll see no such database exists.

The database that does exists appears to be empty.

So it seems that your website’s database is gone. I don’t know what happened to it or when, but unless you have a backup of your database, I’m sorry to say that your website is probably lost.
