I see you are using index.html so its not a crashing php script issue

can you download your index.html file from the site via ftp and verify that it contains correct code or if the file is actually blank ?

The data of hosting volume vol7 are currently being migrated to new PHP 8.2 servers.

My best guess is that an initial copy of your website data was copied from the old server to the new one, and any changes you made on the old server before the servers were flipped were not copied over.

Usually, these migrations are done in two cycles: first an initial sync of all data and then a secondary sync to copy any last changes. If that’s the case here too, the changes you made before may get restored later on. But that can take a day or too.

If you know what the changes are, you can also just try to reproduce them without having to wait for the final sync.
