Please make sure to login to your client area and carefully check the reason of your suspension. In your client area, it clearly says you exceeded the IO limits. So the CPU usage of your account is irrelevant.

One thing you can do to prevent getting suspended repeatedly is to (temporarily) remove the nameservers of your domain or point it elsewhere. Doing so will cut off traffic to your website which should prevent whatever is causing the high IO usage from executing. That should keep your account active so you can make backups and/or implement mitigations to prevent further suspensions.

High IO usage is usually caused by specific website functionality that puts a lot of stress on the storage. Automatic backup scripts are a common culprit.
