Custom domain "fenbilimleri.site" is already in use – want to know which account it is connected to

Hello,

I am trying to add my domain fenbilimleri.site to my InfinityFree account, but I get the error:
“The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree. If this is your custom domain, please remove it from any other accounts first.”

This domain is owned by me, and I can prove it by updating DNS records or nameservers.

Could you please help me find out which email/account currently has this domain connected, or help me remove it so I can add it to my own account?

Admin might be able to help you when he gets on.

Is it possible that you’ve got\had an account with another provider that uses IFastNet? where you might have used that same domain? Sometimes it takes a little while for it to be removed.

Use the domain checker in the client area’s navigation bar just to make sure that it’s not added to a different account you own

I checked the domain and I can confirm that it is currently hosted with InfinityFree. Specifically, it was added to a hosting account in early May, it was created using a Gmail account with Google login, and looking at the login history, I’m guessing you also created that account (or at least someone on the same network did).

Do you maybe have any other Google accounts you know of that you might have used?
