I recently purchased the domain hartmark.co
When trying to add it to my InfinityFree account, I get the message:
“The selected custom domain is already in use on InfinityFree.”
I confirm that I own this domain and it is not currently attached to any of my InfinityFree accounts.
Could you please release hartmark.co so I can add it to my account?
I checked the domain and it appears to be newly registered. Meanwhile, the domain name was assigned to an account that’s a few years old. So I doubt the original account holder still has the domain.
So I removed the domain from the account, you can now use it on a new account.
