However, if I open in other place or use my mobile data package, everything can be opened and running normally.
Is there a problem with the wifi I’m using? for browsing on other URLs there is no problem with WiFi.

Sounds like an IP block. You need to wait for admin

In the meantime, it may be worth checking that your firewall isn’t blocking the page. Not common but can happen

Your IP address, or rather the network your IP address was part of, was indeed blocked on our end. We monitor for suspicious traffic that could indicate an attack, and block suspect IP address or IP ranges. Your IP range was blocked because of that.

The block has now been lifted, and you should be able to access your website.
