CPanel

I Can’t access CPanel

When it will be solved please ?

it does look like there may be some issues, unfortunately, we’ll have to wait for admin to provide more information\escalate this with IFastNet as needed.

is it will be solve today ?

Maybe.

That depends on too many things for me to guess. If admin gets on early to look at it, and it’s an easy fix for him and IFastNet net, and depending on your timezone, maybe.

What are you trying to do in cpanel? There might be other ways of doing it

Personally I have a site where I have a lot of games with info and reviewing and stuff. I want to add more games into my database.

i need to set a new website on the hosting, so i need to import database.
when i click on the control panel

I get this error :

This site can’t be reached

cpanel.infinityfree.com took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

The InfinityFree control panel and other proxies are currently down, but the main control panel server is still up; as a temporary alternative, you can use the control panel here by logging in with your hosting account username and password:

When I open the file manager, the files (.htaccess, .override, “DO NOT UPLOAD FILES HERE”) and the htdocs folder are not there — the directory is empty. Is this a problem, or is it normal?

Your account having no files is definitely a problem. because your website won’t work without files.

As for what the problem is, I can’t tell based on the information provided. But I’m quite sure that it’s unrelated to the control panel issues. So please open a new topic in Hosting Support and describe the issue there.
