My website URL is tech128.ca running the latest version of WordPress (5.2.3), installed via softaculous app installer. I have tried to find the cPanel username and password because i need to install a plugin but i cannot find it. Please tell me how to find it. Thanks to whoever who helps!
You can find the account details by logging in your Client Area, selecting your account, scrolling down to “Account Details”, and clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password. Then you will need to use the username and the password of that hosting account to login to the cPanel or access your FTP account with a FTP client to install that plugin.

We don’t use cPanel (except to bridge our own VistaPanel system to Softaculous). So what does your WordPress plugin need a cPanel password for?

It is a little weird that your plugin needs your cpanel password.
I would suppose it needs your password for its own config (at good point), I will suggest you to do what @Ergastolator1 said.
Weird one i can suppose is about that its inventors get your cpanell data by it and it’d be possible at very small times.
However Please make sure that it uses these at good point then put does data.
