I can’t access the cp panel even with corrected details, so what is the problem, it’s my first time using infinityfree.com
How are you trying to access the control panel? You should be be able to access it fine from your account dashboard
Are you getting any error messages?
I’m seeing a similar/related issue - When I click “Control Panel” from the menu in my account, it opens the Control Panel interface, but then when I click “Softaculous Apps Installer” I get a cPanel login page instead of seeing Softaculous. My account id is prefilled in the username but the password from my account does not work. (I have redacted the username in both screenshots.)

This is a bug with Softaculous. You will need to wait for Admin to report this to iFastNet who are responsible for these things.
Please do not bother putting your credentials into that cPanel page because you cannot from the day 1.
I just checked it and Softaculous seemed to be working fine from here.
There was a big update to Softaculous recently, and some kinks are still being worked out. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
