My website issue has not been resolved. It is only showing static pages because of Cloudflare’s cache. However, dynamic PHP pages are experiencing the same redirect problem, both in normal browsing mode and in incognito mode. I have already cleared my browsing data and cookies, but the issue still persists.

Have you tried accessing your website via ftp and then saving the lines containing define(‘COOKIE_DOMAIN’ and define(‘COOKIE_SECURE’) in wp-config.php, then deleting the 2 lines and saving, then trying again?
