as i can’t access the control panel, even if i wanted to deactivate my account, looks like my domain name will be locked to infinity for quite a while?!?!?

thanks for those links. The username and password i used to set up my infinity account don’t work on either of those!

Those links to the control panel worked for me but when i set up the CNAME records there and try to verify my domain, it says " Unable to login to your hosting account. Please verify you can login to the control panel from the client area, and reset your account password if this doesn’t work."

That’s also the result of the control panel being unreachable.

But let’s continue in this other topic and avoid fragmenting the information about the issue in multiple topics.
