I Know we have had issues with domains forwarding to suspended domain .org but im fairly sure the was a post released a good few days ago saying they are working on restoring and should be done soon. I had no issues past them until now where my website is going offline and back online every 15 minutes or so. I keep getting alerts saying the website is down and server ping is 0 and then get redirected to suspended domain. looks like infinity free’s servers being very unreliable to me. Dont know if this has anything to do with the last issue, but these servers are on and off way too often, dont know how they can expect anyone to upgrade to a paid plan if they cant even keep their servers semi reliable.
Ah, I agree but when a issue is trying to be fixed these do occur, so please bear with us, iFastNet is working hard during the holidays and pandemic to fix the issue
Yes, there are constant server issues. That’s what the banner topic clearly says. I agree, this is happening for way too long.
And I don’t understand why people keep bringing up this argument. Are you trying to harass us into fixing the servers? Because iFastNet’s engineers are already doing their best.
To copy-paste a section from the homage page of our website:
Is InfinityFree a demo, trial or sample for premium hosting?
Absolutely not! InfinityFree is fully featured, completely free website hosting. We provide promotional offers for alternative, premium services for people looking for more, but their services are very different. InfinityFree is not a representation of these offers.
Premium hosting has a completely different system topology which means this issue cannot happen there.
I Bet the engineers are doing their best and I’d like to thank the use of your services. No one is trying to harass you into anything. I have already read the banner but didn’t know it would still be going on for this long it seems far too long now. It just doesn’t set a great impression for people who would like to upgrade and most people wouldn’t know it runs completely differently as it all appears to fall under the general scope of Infinity free.
