Thank you database connection problem in phpMyAdmin solved, but when installing the cms given the correct database username and password , communicating can’t be established with sql100.epizy.com

After changing your hosting account password, did you also update the configuration file or your software to use the new password?

If you did, can you please share the full error message you see as well as the URL you see it on (if possible)?

thank you for supporting, I changed the password again in the edit account panel and the problem was resolved
