# Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Conexión rechazada por el servidor"

I get the following error when trying to connect via FTP:  
Resolving address of [ftpupload.net](http://ftpupload.net)  
Status: Connecting to 127.9.9.9:21…  
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED - Conexión rechazada por el servidor”.  
Error: Could not connect to server.

This is definitely not correct, something on your end, like a firewall, antivirus, or your ISP is manipulating the connection. Try using `ftp.epizy.com` or the direct IP address `185.27.134.11` to see if it works.
