Configuring webmail

Website URL

https://noosphere.company

Error Message

At the begining, I bought this domain from domain4bitcoin with a mail box then transferred the domain to namecheap but couldn’t transfer the associated mail box so it stayed chez Domain4bitcoin.
Now I got this domain pointing to an infinityfree free host. I had to add em1.site-dns.com, 2, 3 , 4 in order to keep my webmail accessible (provided by domain4bitcoin). So now I can access webmail.noosphere.company correctly after DNS propagation but at infinityfree controle panel I got : Your domain contains has multiple DNS providers configured

This may result in your domain working intermittently. Please choose which DNS provider you want to use and remove the nameservers of other providers.

How can I fix that please ?

You can mix and match services from different providers on the same domain name. So you can host your website with us while hosting your email with your current provider.

However, you can only have one DNS hosting provider for your domain name, which means you should only have one set of nameservers. Within the nameservers of your DNS hosting provider, you can then configure all the relevant DNS records to use the services from the different providers.

So just adding the nameservers from every company that provides some services for your domain name is not the way to do it.

You will need to choose whether you want to use our nameservers, Namecheap’s nameservers or the nameservers of Domain4bitcoin. You should then setup the necessary records at that provider.

If you want to use our nameservers, then you should find the required DNS settings from Domain4bitcoin and set them up in our panel. This guide describes how to add MX record to our panel:

However, please note that we do not provide full DNS controls with our hosting, so it may not be possible to add all required records to our nameservers.

If you want to use any other nameservers, then you can follow this guide to setup the relevant records at your DNS provider:
