If you want to obtain a Google Trust SSL certificate through us, you need to setup a DNS CNAME record. If your domain is using our nameservers, we can set it up for you automatically, but if your domain is using other nameservers, you will need to set it up yourself.
Which nameservers were detected on your domain is shown on the CNAME record setup page, and so are the records which you need to setup.
If you’re not using your nameservers, please check with your current DNS provider if you don’t know how to setup the CNAME record in their nameservers.
