Client password reset not working

What I’m seeing is:

just the client log in saying that I should receive a password reset link. My email and everything is spelled correctly. I know I’m using the correct email because it says that that email is registered here. Honestly what annoys me is that I made a new account just to write this forum, and I can even link my domain to this account because it is still linked to the old one. Anyway my email ‘[email protected]’ was created using my account which is the username of [email protected] so isn’t that funny that I can still access the webmail login, but I cannot acces my client portal. Please fix the reset password link before I start hyperventilating.

I checked our email logs, and it looks like some of the messages we tried to send to you were rejected by your email server because the mailbox was unknown. This caused your email address to be blacklisted in our mail servers to avoid coming across as a spammer to your email provider.

I’ve removed your email address from the blacklist, so you should be able to request a new password reset now. Before you do, please make sure that the email address is correctly set up with your email provider (currently Freehostia).
