We tried the free plan on infinityfree and we are satisfied.
We are ok to make next step and order something not free. We feel good with iFastNet Super Premium mentioned at iFastNet Premium Hosting - InfinityFree

We cannot find a working way to upgrade.
Please instruct.

Good idea.
It kicks me to ifastnet which doesn’t offer transfer from *.rf.gd domains

You can raise a support ticket. Indicating a need to migrate your website from free hosting

The article clearly mentions your website contents can be migrated, you just have to ask for it and it will be a manual process:
