updated wp-config.php for max limit memory, but elementor still wont run

The memory limit is fixed on our hosting, you just cannot change that setting by modifying some configuration files from WP.

Moreover, Elementor is known to doesn’t work well here. Although it can still run, but is very likely to act funny. I would recommend you to use the built-in Gutenberg instead.
