Can someone show me the steps of how to do that in that website?

If that’s the answer you get asking one support channel of your hosting provider, why do you then ask another support channel of your hosting provider? We can offer you help but we won’t be able to if you don’t follow the instructions you get.
Looking at the generated source code of your site, I don’t recognize the output as any CMS I know. And when I check your account files, your pages seem to be just the same content as plain HTML.
So I have no clue as to how you produced these website files. But you should know that, since you uploaded those files. So you should know where to start looking on how to fix it.
The only reason of why I need help is becose I have absolutly no Idea of how to do so. I mean, “update the database of your script accordingly” ? My website is build only on Html and Css and I wonder if I can change my domain from your server (.rf.gd) to my Ifastnet domain (.com), and so turned this url :

You should ask them to migrate your free hosting to the premium plan.

You need to change the website URL of your site. If you’re using a CMS, there is usually some admin panel which sets a value in the database to change this URL. If you don’t use any PHP code, or the website URL is set in a different way, then of course the website URL should be changed in the way it needs to be changed on your site.
No. This is 100% down to your website code and the tools you’re using to build your website. There is nothing you can, let alone need to, configure on our end.
Both of your domains are active and serving your website code. Which URLs are being used in the website code you are serving on both domains is down to your website.
