# Change PHP Version

I was just wondering if it is possible to change the PHP version to 8.3. I would have thought the hosting service would have been running this by now.

It is not possible to change the PHP version on free hosting, that’s a premium hosting feature.

ahh, i see would there be any clue for free hosting be have support PHP 8.3??

It’ll happen eventually. But as of now, I don’t think we have a set date. Admin will make an announcement once PHP 8.3 will be supported.
