When I Upload EXE Or RAR Files On The Server,The Server Is Removing Them,How I Can Solve This?.

You cannot “solve” this. .exe files are blocked because we don’t want our servers to be used to spread malware. That’s why we prohibit all executables from being distributed using our hosting.
.rar files are blocked because .rar is a proprietary file format, meaning we can’t automatically scan it’s content. .zip files are allowed because we can properly scan them for viruses. Please try to pack your .exe file in a .zip archive and upload that. If the zip file is less than 10 MB in size and doesn’t contain any malware, it should work fine.
