FileZilla should work
This error just means that the server rejected you due to inactivity.
The server does not want to keep the connection open for someone who is just watching
and then terminates the connection by assigning it to someone who actually uses FTP.
What you need is to be faster and as soon as you connect to the FTP server, give your FTP client a task (upload something, etc.)
