Can't receive files with php

Hi everyone, it’s my first time posting here, so I apologize if I’m wrong about anything.

I programmed an android app which uploads my photo to the server. However, it doesn’t seem to be accepted/received or whatever you want to call it.
I tried another hosting like 000webhost and it’s works, it only happens to me with infinityfree. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it

How is you uploading the photo? Using simple POSTs would likely to fail due to this:

It’s also worth noticing that your act already broke our ToS, as our service can only be used for hosting a website, not hosting files or APIs.
