Can't point domain to nameservers

Hi and welcome to the forum! The IP addresses for those two nameservers are respectively 198.251.86.152 and 198.251.86.153, but then I’m afraid the nameserver change will get refused with this error:

Unable to set nameservers: DNS query refused
