MySQL is a database server application. It’s not a programming language mainly, and I’m not sure what do you mean by “implement it in MySQL”.

I don’t know whether the message has been translated or not, but I think the OP wants to use an external database from other hosting provider, and not the other way around. If that’s the case, then it’s possible as long as the external database from other provider allows external connections.

You can access data on other providers on your infinity free site (if the provier allows it) but you can’t access your infinity free database through another service
