Can't access control panel

Please try resetting your Hosting Account password through the Client Area.

To reset the vPanel and FTP password, log in to the Client Area and click “Edit Account”. There, you will find a section labeled “Hosting Account Password”. Type the new password in the box or leave it blank for the system to generate a unique new one for you. Then click the button labeled “Save Password”.

Then try logging into vPanel or connecting to FTP after about 10 minutes. That’s how long it can to sync the password.
