i used free ssl certificate and loged to my site and changed from http to https but now i cannot access wp-admin

Before you start changing the `.htaccess` file, you NEED a SSL certificate first. Follow these guide first:

thanks alot after changing my phpmyadmin it worked but still have a problem,still my site is showing that it is not secure .  
note that what i have done is changing my siteurl from https to http only

You have SSL cert but you did not install it.  
Please do so

Oh no, I intervened at the wrong time. Now it’s working for @KangJL; you can now change your website URL to HTTPS on the database again.

That only if he was using Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL; he isn’t using that (the nameservers are still pointing to our nameservers).

oooh on my pc my wp-admin panel is secure and other page but main page(homepage) is still showing it is not secure, may be it is problem with ma pc
