# Cannot Reset admin password of WP site

### Reset Your Password

(please share the FULL error message you see, if applicable)

### I tried sending email to my inbox to reset password but it failed & the message shown is - “The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. " -When I clicked on 'Try getting support” it took me to a screen where it said - to reset password I have to go to the Administration Screen, menu, go to Users \> All Users.

But problem is- I can’t find the Admininstration Screen… is it the control panel? Plz provide me the screenshots or path to reach the Administration screen?
