I previously added my domain edaak.site to my InfinityFree account and later removed it. Now, I’m trying to add it again, but I get this error:
“Error Adding Domain: This could be due to already adding the domain to this or another account, or you have not changed the nameservers as required, or not enough time has passed since changing the nameservers.”
Nameservers are correctly set to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com.
More than 24 hours have passed since removing the domain.
Could a moderator please help me clear this so I can add the domain again?
The nameservers you need to use are ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com. I don’t know where you got the epizy.com nameservers from, because for most people those are not correct. And according to the WHOIS info, you configured your domain to point to ns1/ns2.byet.org instead.
Your domain is not actually pointing to anything right now. This is because (like @Greenreader9 said), your domain is currently suspended, and you should contact your domain registrar to resolve it.
You can find the contact details for GoDaddy’s customer support here. A serverHold status code means your domain was suspended by the registry, but you generally need to contact the registrar (GoDaddy in your case) in order to make contact with them.
